Governmental leasing was issued in Zanzibar; building anything here would have been impossible without it.
The bungalow will be ready for you to move in and/or accept your first guests toward the end of 2025.
By investing in the property, you become the legal owner of the part (or the whole) bungalow for sale. After the purchase, a lawyer will arrange for your ownership to be officially entered into the land register in Zanzibar.

I was there myself, just a couple of years ago.
My name is Valentina, and I always told myself, “You can be anywhere you want, but you have to desire it strongly enough.” My childhood dream was to live in a tropical paradise. I never understood how some people are drawn to rain and snow, grayness and cold; I always wanted palm trees, coconuts, turquoise clear seas, beautiful white beaches, and sunsets over the warm ocean. In the past, I traveled everywhere. Across Europe, Asia, and America, but I never found a place I could call home.
Until I visited Zanzibar for the first time in February 2021.
If you’ve ever been here, you know how the island changes you with its African authenticity and vibrant energy. The joyful rhythm, white smiles, and the healthiest and most delicious food I’ve ever tried.
I found a place I knew I would call my home and fell in love with it. And I have found love. My husband and I are building a dream life for us and you.
One walk in Nungwi, a small town on the northernmost part of Zanzibar Island, known for its world-renowned beaches, crystal-clear turquoise sea, and stunning sunsets, made me think about my own tropical resort.
My dreams were big. I did it. Alone. I worked hard, believed in the project, persisted, and pushed myself beyond limits.

What Happens When You Book a Call With Us?
First, you will be directed to the Calendly site, where you can select the date for us to meet on a Zoom call.
We will answer all the additional questions you will have.
If we find out we are a suitable match, we will schedule another Zoom where you can meet all the other investors. We will also make a Zoom tour around the property so you can see what stage it is in now.
If you decide to invest, I will send you the contract with all the details so you can read it through with your lawyer.
Usually you invest 80% upfront, 10% when plastered and 10% when you receive the keys to your property.
